  • To ensure the best looking flowers, we will only use the flowers that are the freshest supplies. As flowers are natural products, it depends on the seasonal pick and handling.

Timeliness

  • In order to ensure that your floral arrangement or gift reaches on time, we will substitute the products with similar value of equal or greater value.


Our florists will substitute when necessary and will ensure that the mood of your choice of floral gift is maintained and you will be informed accordingly.
